1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Opened or used fragrances.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (if packaging is opened or hygiene seal is broken).
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for the return/exchange.
- For exchanges, please specify the desired new item (size, color, etc.), subject to availability.
- Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required, and the return shipping address.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Prompt processing of refunds helps prevent payment disputes.
- Refund Method: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Volitz error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Process: Once your returned item is received and approved, we will ship out the requested exchange item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy.
- Price Differences: If the exchanged item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange payment for the difference.
- Shipping for Exchanges: Volitz will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item back to you if the original return was due to our error. For other exchanges, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@volitz.com
- Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider (like Stripe) before contacting us can delay the resolution process.
